Secure Credit Card Payment
We accept payment by BankCard, Mastercard and Visa. We are proud to offer 24 hour on-line ordering and credit card payment through our secure payment system. We ensure that all your personal details, including your credit card number, are securely encrypted. This means that your details cannot be read as the information passes between our computers and your order can be fulfilled and dispatched without delay.

Alternative Payments
Alternative payment methods are direct bank transfer (eg through internet banking) or cheque payments (via mail).
Your preferred payment method can be selected at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns Policy
The CFMEU offer a full refund (or replacement) for items returned under any of the following circumstances;
* The products arrive faulty or damaged, or
* The products are not as ordered, and are returned in a resaleable condition.

Exchanges
To exchange an item please indicate on the return form the name of the product you wish to receive and the price quoted. If there is a difference in price in the product you are returning and the product you wish to purchase, please indicate on the return form how you wish to be charged or refunded.

To return your purchase to us for exchange or refund you will need to return that item along with your order information to our address:

DELIVERY
The CFMEU has tried to make delivery times and costs as simple as possible. When you place your order we will automatically calculate the delivery costs for you as part of the price. Deliveries within Australia
All orders received by 11.00pm will normally be dispatched by the afternoon of the next working day (stock permitting).
